Edward Elric Figures
Figures of Edward Elric. Some of these are very nice, some of them are very silly, but for every goofy Edward there's probably a goofier Mustang.
Starting with a favorite of mine this is the Play Arts figure. This is from Kotobukiya and Square Enix. He comes with his red coat and separate arms for it, black arms for his shirt, and an automail arm which can be regular or with the blade, three automail hands and two gloved ones, and a spear. This one was released in 2004.
This one is from the Hagane no Renkinjutsushi Trading Arts Vol.1 part of a collection with Alphonse, Winry, Riza, Roy, Armstrong, and Scar as well. This was released in June of 2004. He's one of the better looking figures of this collection in my opinion, one to unironically own.
This is one of two Edward Elric Banpresto Real Figure Deluxe Figures. He was released in 2005
This is the other Edward Elric Banpresto Real Figure Deluxe figuere also released in 2005. I think this one is the goofier of the two.
This one is a Bandai figure. This one is from the HG Series Hagane no Renkinjutsushi, which also included, another Edward, Alphonse, Winry, Mustang and Hawkeye. It was released in 2004. Unfortunately this was the only image that Myfigurecollection provided.
The second figure from the HG Series Hagane no Renkinjutsushi. This one was released in 2007 for some reason. It's personally my favorite between the two Edwards for this series, it's quite unique amongst the Edward figures. Apparently the automail arm can be switched with one that comes with Winry. Sorry this image is somehow even worse than the one before.
This is a figure from Amada, a company which seems to have stopped creating figures a long time ago. This is a figure from 2004. I quite like the pose of this one, but from photos I saw a user post the face is wonky. Not surprising for the time though.
This is a Square Enix figure and is a Book-In Figure. This one includes Alphonse. It was released in 2004.
This one is a Bandai figure from 2004. It's from HG Series Hagane no Renkinjutsushi 2, which also includes figures of Mustang, Envy, Hughes, Scar, and Winry. He looks kinda funny, his legs are so short and I think his arms might be a little long, amazing I love it.
I think this is my favorite which is a bit of a shame because it seems to go for at least a few hundred dollars. This is a Real Action Heroes figures from Medicom Toy released in 2006. Definitely one of the best looking figures for 03, which while that may not be much of an accomplishment when compared to the older figures there are some much newer ones that just mess up his face. His clothes are also all removeable, so if you can sew you can dress him however you please. He also has a little pocket watch.
The Real Action Heroes also includes Mustang, and Alphonse with his Conqueror of Shamballa design.
This figure is pretty funny looking. This is from Ensky and I don't know which year it was released. I think his eyes are so funny looking. There seems to have been a secret version where he had an automail arm. I don't really understand bust figures, they're kinda weird to me.
Another Ensky bust figure once again with no release date on MFC. The second image perfect for all your lying about performing executions needs.
This is a Voice I-Doll from Bandai released in 2005. Meaning that he speaks. I would love to know how these are sounding now.
This one seems to have been an exclusive with the 4th volume of the manga. It was published by Shueisha. Another figure I kind of wish I owned just so MFC could have a picture taken of it that isn't the awful sample photo or one from 9 years ago.
This figure is from the Hagane no Renkinjutsushi Trading Arts Vol 2, released in 2004. It also included a figure of child Edward, Winry, and Alphonse together, Hughes, Envy, Lust, Izumi, and Bradley. There were silver versions of probably all of them.
This figure is from Kotobukiya and Square Enix released in 2008. Man poor Alphonse he really took a beating.
This is the figure of child Edward, Alphonse and Winry from the Hagane no Renkinjutsushi Trading Arts Vol 2 released in 2004. I think this one is so cute, it's my favorite of the bunch. This is one that has a nice photo of the silver version.
Alright onto the itty bitty figures. This one is from the Petit Chara Collection from Popy and was released in 2004. He came with Alphonse, Winry, Mustang and Armstrong.
This is one is from Hagane no Renkinjutsushi Chimakore Renkinjutsushi. Manufactured by Bandai and released in 2004. This collection also included another Edward, Alphonse, Winry, Izumi, Hughes, Havoc, Armstrong, Hawkeye, and Mustang.
The second Edward from Hagane no Renkinjutsushi Chimakore Renkinjutsushi. This time he's angry. I personally prefer the first one, not a huge fan of angry figures that use these simple faces. He's kinda silly though.
This figure is from Hagane no Renkinjutsushi Chikamore Renkinjutsushi 2, also manufactured by Bandai and released in 2005.
This figure is another Petit Chara figure, and is a finger puppet I guess. This figure is from 2004 and was manufactured by Popy.
