About The Anime
Fullmetal Alchemist (2003) is the first anime adaptation of the Fullmetal Alchemist Manga by Hiromu Arakawa. It was created before the manga was even close to complete so rather than follow the story of the manga too closely it tells it's own story. It uses some of the same characters and story beats but is a very different story.
Fullmetal Alchemist is about two brothers, Edward and Alphonse Elric, trying to get their bodies back after trying to bring their mother back from the dead goes awry.
Taking place in a world where alchemy is an important science, Edward works as an alchemist for the military, known as a State Alchemist. He searches for the Philosopher's stone which will allow him to bypass the laws of alchemy and restore their bodies.
About The Site
This is a fansite for the anime Fullmetal Alchemist (2003). It was created on April 10th 2022. FMA is my favorite anime and I use this site as a place to gather information about official work for the anime and some fanmade creations. I like the look of old fansites and I hate Fandom wiki so I have decided I just need to create the best 1 stop shop for Fullmetal Alchemist. There will be a little crossover with the manga but I will not allow myself any crossover with Brotherhood. It's too much for just me and I'm frankly just not as passionate about Brotherhood.
If anyone happens to make a Brotherhood site though I'd be happy to link to it here (*^▽^*)
I am an adult who has a full time job so updates will happen when I can make them happen.
